Never use this step to circumvent polices put in place by your organization. This is a trouble shooting step for IT administrators that are troubleshooting Windows Updates on the local machine.

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Ensure to change the drive letter to the one that correspondes to your image mount and check to see if it is install.wim or install.esd to run the right command
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:D:\sources\install.wim:INDEX /LimitAccess
sfc /scannow
