Set up Quickbooks Time Kiosk
Use Quickbooks Time Kiosk Photo Capture
- Login to Quickbooks Time
- Go to Company Settings
- Click on Time Options
- Select the Date and Time
- From the Time Zone Drop Down Choose time Zone
- Go to Feature Add-ons and Manage Add-ons
- When it has succesfuly been installed if it was not already Go to Add Device
- There will be a 4 digit Code nessesary for you to enter on the tablet
In this walk through I am using an Ipad
- Go to the App Store
- Search for and install the "Quickbooks Time Kiosk" App
- Enter the your companys Quickbooks Time Company Identifier select Next
- Enter the Device Autorization Code obtained on step 7 in "Set up Quickbooks Time Kiosk"
- Click on the Preferences for the Devices that you just set up
- From here you can change settings like
- Limit which users can clock in / out on that Kiosk
- To require a picture upon clocking in
- to record Location while clocking in
