¶ 🛠️ Troubleshooting: Patient File is showing open on another computer and it really not.
- On the machine that shows that the patient file is open on
- Open Dexis
- Type Patient Name
- Open the Patient file
- Close the Patient File in dexis using the green X in the center of the window not the red x to close the program
- Ensure with the user that called in that they are now able to open the patient file
